The Toolbox is an English language discussion based hour when participants view works of art from the collection, share what they notice, and exchange their thoughts and ideas. The museum educator hosting the program takes on the role of a facilitator – sometimes posing questions, sometimes giving background information and sometimes asking the participants to collaborate. By the end of the hour we hope participants will have more tools in their toolbox to explore works of art and more confidence to share their ideas with others.
The Toolbox uses Zoom functions including annotate, breakout rooms, polls, and chat. We highly recommend joining The Toolbox on a device that has a camera and keeping it on for the length of the program.
To use all of the Zoom functions during the program, please download the Zoom to your device.
